Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) Referral Form

Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act is a federal grant program that assists states in operating a comprehensive statewide program of early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities, ages birth through age 2 years (3rd birthday), and their families. It is through this funding, in addition to the family’s insurance, that NEWESD 101 provide early intervention services such as physical, occupational, speech, feeding and lactation therapies to children that qualify.
